Mediation Consultancy Associate Members
The Mediation Consultancy panel of Associate Members (MCAM) acts as a conduit for clients and independent, newly qualified mediators (NQMs) to be able to connect and communicate with one another easily and places the emphasis on collaboration.
MCAM is not a mediation chambers/panel where the mediation provider takes centre stage. Our approach is to highlight mediators practicing their independent mediation services in the UK and let the mediator's personal brand speak for itself by way of mutual association.

Within MCAM we showcase and embrace a range of mediators at different points in their career but we place our collaborative emphasis on NQMs (newly qualified mediators) who are trying to establish their presence in the market.
Mediator Development Pathway
The one thing that all the mediators at MCAM have in common is that they are all recognised for their integrity, impartiality, expertise, qualifications and reputation, first and foremost, in their professional fields and then in mediation, as a bolt-on. We monitor who the NQMs achieve their mediation accreditation with and we follow them closely on their development pathway. We ensure that any mediator who is associated with MCAM has voluntarily set themselves professional and minimum standards before they start to practice.
